Project Highlights

This city block is heavily infested with pigeons and almost all buildings in the area have some measure of bird deterrents installed.

About five years ago we were called in to resolve an ongoing battle with the pigeons at the front entrance of the building, where pigeons had long established their home. The problem was very serious and Bird Netting exclusion was applied.

This year, due to roof repairs behind the netting we were called in again to remove the netting and replace it with a brand new one. It is sometimes good to look back on jobs we did many years ago and find that it is flawlessly doing it’s job year after year, through rain and snow and all those extremely cold and long Canadian winters. This job passed the five year warranty it came with and it looked like we installed it yesterday – it is rare that we have to remove an old netting job and re-install the same way again, but this is what was needed to be done to provide way for the roofers to do their work.

At least the customer now has a new warranty and new materials that will last that much longer!
