This work is a typical example of a couple of pigeons roosting on a nice residential home facade – directly above the entrance of course.
The combination of the brick detail, gutter elbow and a gutter overhang corner provide the shelter needed for nesting pigeons.
With minimal use of bird spikes the problem was eliminated completely. So was the droppings at the entrance. Isn’t it much better to come home without being crapped on? We think it is.
