Project Highlights

In this very sensitive area of Downtown Toronto – due to very high traffic and subway tunnel under the roads/sidewalk and hydro lines – exterior work is extremely challenging and costly.

This historic Toronto building facade is to be turned into a condominium, but first it had to be accessible for the workers. Highly decorative architecture is very attractive to urban bird habitat due many ledges, nooks and crannies. The facade of this building was completely overtaken by pigeons and it quickly became a disturbing factor in the plans of restoration and construction process.

Pigeon Busters was again challenged with extremely tight restrictions of boulevard use and only 5 hours time to install bird deterrent netting – at night.

Despite all the strict rules and regulations, Pigeon Busters was able to do the work safely and quickly – like always!
