When apartment buildings decide to renovate their balconies, more often than not bird netting is involved. This is because the building owner either had netting installed already or they are aware of the potential dangers of pigeons affecting their image and they want to simply protect the enormous investment that goes into redoing their balconies.
This building had cheap plastic netting installed previously, which was removed and when the restoration was finished Pigeon Busters installed, long lasting, knotted netting.
This looks much better aesthetically and structurally more sound and will provide protection for many years to come
