Plaza Sparrows

Even though the smaller netting squares are more visible to the eye, at least the netting could be installed following straight lines, which made the overall look much more acceptable to the property owner.

Project Highlights

Due to small size sparrows aren’t easy to control. This plaza has been completely overtaken by sparrows. These cute creatures love to nest in crevices and small openings that are sheltered from the elements. They aren’t harmful at all, but their chirping and nesting material can cause very annoying problems.

The nests were located behind the store signs. Luckily the signage was recessed into the building so that bird netting could be installed in a minimally intrusive way. Even though the smaller netting squares are more visible to the eye, at least the netting could be installed following straight lines, which made the overall look much more acceptable to the property owner.

After all, looking at a nice netting job is always better than looking bird droppings at your stroe front and listening birds all day long.
